LIBRARY RULES
- Every person who enters the library will sign the visitor register.
- Membership is open to the teaching staff of university departments; Postgraduate students enrolled in university departments; Ph.D. students in university departments; Research associates, postdoctoral fellows, and senior academic fellows in university departments; Non-teaching staff of university departments and Special members (retired faculty from the university).
Membership application must be made on the prescribed form obtainable in the Library.
A clearance certificate must be obtained from the FMS Library before appearing at the annual and final examinations.
Library cards are not transferable.
- Readers are not allowed to borrow books from another reader's card.
- Deposit your personal belongings at the property counter.
- library use is strictly reserved for readers with a library membership card.
- Outgoing publications must be shown to the person on duty at the gate.
- In case of a lost book/library card, it should be reported immediately to the librarian.
- The marking and defacing of any publication is strictly forbidden.
- Smoking, eatables, and drinks are prohibited on the library premises.
- Switch off mobile phones or keep them on silent mode on the library premises.
- All readers are required to maintain discipline in the library.
- Outsiders are not allowed to use the library.
