The Central Science Library (CSL) houses a rich and diverse collection of 1,27,000 books in various fields of science and technology, including Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Anthropology, Botany, Zoology, Agriculture, Medicine, and Technology. This extensive collection is primarily located on the ground floor of the Library.

In addition to the General Collection, the Library also maintains specialized collections, each organized under distinct collection codes as listed below.

Besides the book collection, CSL also subscribes to 84 scholarly journals, which are accessible through the Delhi University Wi-Fi network across the campus.
