Eligibility for Membership

• Teaching staff of the Faculty of Science at North Campus.
• Postgraduate students enrolled in the Faculty of Science, North Campus.
• Postgraduate students enrolled through colleges affiliated with North Campus.
• Ph.D. students of the Faculty of Science at North Campus.
• Retired faculty of the Faculty of Science at North Campus.

Membership Application

All membership applications must be submitted on the prescribed form, which is available in the Library.

Membership Obligations

Members must inform the Library of any changes in address, college affiliation, academic program, or subject of study during their membership period.

Examination Clearance

A library clearance certificate must be obtained from the Central Science Library before appearing in annual or final examinations.

Library Access

Entry to the Library is permitted only upon presentation of a valid University-issued Identity Card.

Prohibited Items

• Bags are not permitted inside the Library and must be deposited at the designated security desk.
• Food and beverages are strictly prohibited in the reading rooms and stack areas.
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the Library premises.

Conduct within the Library

• Complete silence must be observed at all times.
• Library cards are non-transferable and must be used only by the registered member.
• Users must not share e-resources with individuals or entities outside the University community, as this constitutes a violation of copyright and licensing agreements.
