Law Centre-II was established in 1971 on the campus of ARSD College in Dhaula Kuan to offer a full-time LL.B. curriculum. It was later relocated from the ARSD College premises to the state-of-the-art building ( Umang Bhawan ) on the North Campus. This is one of the pioneer institutes for legal education in India.

Welcome to the Law Centre-II Library. The Library, ‘the temple of knowledge,’ is the heart of the organization; this Library was established in 1972 at the campus of ARSD College in Dhaula Kuan. The Law Centre-II Library provides various services with an extensive collection of legal study materials such as books, journals, and Magazines and provides access to high-quality electronic resources such as e-books, e-journals & databases, etc, being made available through Central Library. The Library’s furnishings and architectural construction are outstanding and attractive. This Library serves graduate (LL.B) students, Faculty members, Non-Teaching staff, and other relevant university users.
