Law Centre-II Library
Law Centre-II Library, a single-discipline major library within the Delhi University Library system, was established in 1972. It is dedicated to supporting the academic and research endeavors of faculty, students, and researchers. The library's comprehensive and interdisciplinary collection of legal resources, along with access to high-tech electronic resources such as Manupatra, EBC Reader, SCC Online, Westlaw, Sage, etc., through Central Reference Library, plays a crucial role in enhancing academic excellence.
Objectives
Our main goal is to provide accurate information to users at the right time, in the right place, and the simplest manner. To achieve our objectives we are dedicated to the following:
- To enhance and facilitate easy access to the expanding collection of digital resources available through the DU e-Library, DU e-Book Gateway, and the Subject Portal.
- To develop, conserve, and preserve high-quality print and electronic resources for users.
- To create a supportive academic environment that encourages effective study and research.
- To incorporate emerging tools and technologies in our library to enhance our services.
- To promote the advancement of open access.
Collection (Print)
The library has a vast collection of approximately 29122 books, reference materials, textbooks, and bound volumes of periodicals in its stack area, which is highly focused on law and related subjects.
